Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service advanced residential and commercial security systems, including both wired and wireless technologies.
  • Conduct commercial fire safety inspections.
  • Engage in company initiatives aimed at securing referrals and promoting additional services.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
  • Support and encourage colleagues in company programs and initiatives.
  • Mentor junior technicians on new products and solutions, sharing technical knowledge to enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant field experience or equivalent technical education or certification.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Advanced proficiency with hand and power tools.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • Effective communication skills, particularly in active listening.
  • Proficient in industry best practices, including safety protocols and equipment usage.
  • Demonstrated understanding of hardware and panel wiring for primary manufacturers, covering residential and commercial security, fire alarm systems, and basic access control systems.
