Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections, initiate operations, and perform testing on large-scale air handling units.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and software issues related to air handling units, variable air volume systems, heat pumps, chillers, variable frequency drives, fan coil units, and VRV/VRF systems.
  • Oversee the commissioning process for air handling units, variable air volume systems, heat pumps, chillers, variable frequency drives, fan coil units, and VRV/VRF systems.
  • Modify existing control panels in accordance with building management system specifications.
  • Act as a primary resource for service technicians by providing technical assistance.
  • Manage subcontractor activities and offer training and support to technicians.
  • Safely operate a company vehicle and trailer, adhering to all safety protocols and driving policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in building automation or controls.
  • Familiarity with one or more control platforms.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring schematics, and device specifications.
  • Proficient in using testing and measurement instruments.
  • Knowledgeable in Windows operating systems and related software.
  • Exhibit strong professional ethics consistently.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
