Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trust Manager to join our team at Prosperity Bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of trust services, including chairing the Trust Committee and maintaining a current knowledge of trust and investment principles and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Chair the Trust Committee and the Trust Administrative and Investments Committee.
  • Maintain a current knowledge of trust and investment principles and regulations.
  • Supervise senior level trust positions, including the Senior Operations Officer, Senior Investments Officer, and Senior Trust Branch Officers.
  • Prepare and monitor the trust budget in coordination with the Senior Operations Officer.
  • Keep executive management informed of trust activities, opportunities, and risk issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (BBA) in accounting or finance. Law degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years trust experience. Prefer CTFA designation or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Windows, and other office programs to include Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong logic, reasoning, and analytical skills.

Working Hours

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
