About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our clinical team in Gilbert, AZ. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and collaborate with our experienced clinicians to provide innovative ABA services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality ABA services to individuals with diverse needs
  • Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical team members to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Train and mentor junior clinicians to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA

Requirements
  • Master's Degree or higher in a relevant field
  • BCBA certification
