We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our clinical team as a Lead. As a Lead, you will play a key role in supporting our families and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to diverse individuals.
You will be responsible for leading a team of BCBAs, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional ABA services. Your expertise and experience will be invaluable in helping us achieve our mission of empowering individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities to reach their full potential.
About YouWe are looking for a BCBA who has been working in the field for about two years and is eager to take on a leadership role. You should be a self-motivated and driven individual who excels at managing your time and is dedicated to changing the lives of individuals needing ABA therapy.
You should have a Master's Degree or higher and be certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
