Board Certified Behavioral Analyst

Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Gilbert, Arizona.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate BCBA to provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to young children with autism and their families. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and delivering naturalistic therapy in a center-based setting, working closely with our interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless care for our clients.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism, utilizing the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and other evidence-based approaches.
- Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and collaborate with other clinical specialties, including speech, occupational therapy, and mental health services.
- Provide training and support to staff members on ESDM and other therapy approaches.
- Monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and communicate with families and team members.
- Partner with families to develop goals, build relationships, and provide coaching and support.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Experience in ABA early intervention.
- Preferred candidates have a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.

- Fluency in navigating devices such as computers and tablets.
- Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
- Additional potential for a $6,000 sign-on bonus.
