Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Developmental and Educational Psychological Svcs. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, monitoring child progress, and providing family treatment guidance.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree, Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification, and experience working with the pediatric population. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, monitoring child progress, and providing family treatment guidance. You will also be expected to work effectively in fast-paced environments and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments (VBMAPP, ABLLS, AFLLS, BRIEF, Vineland, SSIS, and any other assessments necessary for treatment planning)
  • Monitor child's progress on treatment goals and make data-based decisions
  • Provide feedback to RBTs on clinical implementation
  • Understand medical necessity criteria and any ongoing updates
  • Provide family treatment guidance as necessary
  • Be an active participant in all collaboration and/or stakeholder meetings
  • Cover direct sessions if needed
  • Meet BACB and best practices supervision requirements
Requirements:
  • Masters Degree
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification through the BACB
  • Licensed, or Licensure eligible, Behavior Analyst through the Az Board of Psychologist Examiners
  • Pass required background checks
  • Possess a fingerprint clearance card
  • Experience with the pediatric population
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Strong initiative
  • Professional
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently use a variety of technological applications
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • CPR and First Aid Certification
  • Can work effectively in fast-paced environments
