Job Opportunity

Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Gilbert, Arizona.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to new trainees and case supervisors
  • Support RBT competency evaluations and provide billable supervision
  • Host group training and discussion sessions for new trainees
  • Develop and implement ESDM practices and ABA strategies
  • Collaborate with the Partner Clinician and Center Operations Director
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • ABA early intervention experience
  • Strong desire to work with clients ages 2-6
  • Clear professional communication and fluency in navigating devices
