Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to oversee our customer service operations in the Los Angeles area.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of managerial experience working in customer service and/or sales, as well as excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and managing a team of customer service and sales agents, ensuring excellent customer service satisfaction goals are met.
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
