Job Description

The Customer Service Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service. This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and developing and implementing customer service strategies to promote a positive experience for all customers.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of customer service representatives
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to promote a positive experience for all customers
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
