Location: Los Angeles, CA or NYC
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
About the JobWe are seeking an experienced Customer Service Lead to join our team at Tower Auto Mall. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of customer service and sales agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of customer service and sales agents
- Create a customer-centric culture within the team
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage customer data, including tracking and recording customer feedback
- Monitor customer service agent performance, ensuring customer satisfaction goals are met
- Develop strategies and processes to improve customer service
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- At least 2 years of managerial experience working in customer service and/or sales
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of customer service and support processes and industry trends
- Proficiency with customer service software and applications
- Ability to adapt and remain diplomatic in difficult situations
