Salary and Benefits
We offer an estimated salary range of $39.00 - $58.00 per hour, depending on location and experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and education to patients undergoing hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments
- Assist with the setup and operation of dialysis machines, including performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Conduct vascular access evaluations and perform cannulations as needed
- Monitor patients' response to treatment and report any unusual findings to the nurse supervisor
- Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities and contribute to process improvements that enhance patient outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of patient care services
Requirements
- Center for Medicaid/Medicare Services (CMS)-approved state and/or national certification or High School diploma or G.E.D.
- Previous patient care experience in a hospital setting or related facility preferred
- Successful completion of FMCNA dialysis training program and CPR certification required
