Rental Technician

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Rental Technician to join our team at ERS, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for operating equipment, maintaining the yard, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

• This position requires working in a fast-paced environment with large equipment.
• The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and possess a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Loading and unloading equipment from the rental fleet.
2. Maintaining the appearance and organization of the yard.
3. Preparing equipment for rental and ensuring it is in good working condition.
4. Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a forklift, AWP, and propane training tests.
• Willingness to work fluctuating schedules and flexible hours.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
