Cenergistic Energy Specialist Job Description

Cenergistic is seeking a highly skilled Energy Specialist to join our team. As the face of our energy conservation program, you will be responsible for developing and driving the organization's energy conservation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify energy consumption patterns and make recommendations to Client leadership for energy conservation measures.
  • Utilize advanced technology to analyze energy consumption data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform on-site audits to assess energy efficiency opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain utility consumption data to ensure accurate savings measurements.
  • Collaborate with Client staff to promote energy conservation practices and educate them on energy management best practices.
  • Develop and implement energy conservation plans to meet Client goals.
  • Monitor and report on energy consumption data to ensure program success.
  • Represent Cenergistic in a professional manner to Clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2-3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in implementing energy conservation policies.
  • Ability to promote Client involvement and engagement in energy conservation efforts.
  • Ability to conduct presentations to large and small groups.
  • Strong experience with technology, including Microsoft Office products and energy management software.
  • Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
