**Job Description**

We're seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager to generate additional sales opportunities in the vacation rental market in [State]. This role offers a lucrative monthly commission guaranteed structure, marketing, and corporate support.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Sell Software as a service (SaaS) to clients

* Report and provide high-level support to the Head of Sales

* Employ strategic selling techniques to manage transactions to successful closes

* Utilize Quibble tools and support systems to create a memorable client experience

* Maintain a lead generation database and CRM to increase sales and create new client relationships

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

* 4 years of related work experience with verifiable sales transactions and a high conversion ratio in the last year

* Previous knowledge and experience in the vacation rental industry preferred but not required

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT)

* Expertise in GSuite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Slides, Google Docs, Google Sheets)

* Self-motivated with a desire to acquire and apply skills and knowledge

* Creative, responsive, and adaptive in a fast-paced environment

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* High integrity and strong work ethic

* Ability to continuously re-prioritize effectively
