Role Overview:
The Clinical Quality Assurance Specialist plays a crucial role in advancing the internal Patient Safety initiative aimed at enhancing quality outcomes and minimizing risk in alignment with applicable federal, state, and regional regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and sustain collaborative relationships with hospital administration regarding incident reports and potential liability issues.
- Collaborate with legal representatives to scrutinize potential legal actions, gather necessary documentation, and engage in litigation processes as required.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Insurance, Risk Management, Law, Business, or a related field, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- A valid Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience, including a foundational understanding of medical terminology and physiology, as well as experience in acute care settings.
