Senior Systems Integration and Test Engineer

Job Summary
RTX is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Integration and Test Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Ground Radars & Platforms Center, you will be responsible for integrating hardware and software into tactical systems, evaluating functionality, and identifying and resolving issues through debugging and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems and evaluate functionality
- Identify and resolve issues through debugging and data analysis
- Lead and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
- Develop integration documentation and execute plans and procedures
- Perform statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data
- Present findings and solutions to leadership and customers
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in integration labs, test facilities, or in the field supporting integration and verification
- Experience with design, development, integration, and test of radar systems and software
- Experience with digital beamforming, multi-sensor track management, and data fusion
- Experience with hands-on root cause identification, corrective action implementation, and verification
- Experience with test planning, test execution, and test reporting
