- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery of high-quality results within tight deadlines.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in ESG data delivery.
- 10+ years of experience in ESG data delivery, project management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Experience with ESG data delivery platforms, tools, and technologies.
- Knowledge of financial markets, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as Snowflake, Talend, and Matillion.
- Experience with data governance tools, such as Alation and Manta.
- Strong understanding of data analytics and business intelligence.
This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines. The position may require occasional travel, up to 25% of the time.
