At Resideo, we are seeking an experienced professional to fill a newly created role as the Global Controller - ESG.

This position will play a crucial role in establishing robust internal processes and controls to meet evolving global regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the global ESG reporting landscape, orchestrating stakeholders to evolve our strategy, and ensuring consistency in external reporting.

Key responsibilities include evaluating and determining the applicability of new reporting regulations, building capabilities to meet mandatory ESG reporting requirements, and developing standardized policies and processes.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in ESG reporting, accounting, and financial reporting, as well as experience in building and leading high-performing global teams.

They will also possess excellent business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

The successful candidate will be a key liaison with external audit firms and will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory reporting requirements.

They will also be responsible for training key employee groups on reporting processes, controls, and regulatory requirements.

This role is eligible to participate in the Resideo Bonus Plan, with an annual bonus of 20% of the annual salary.
