Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ESG Data Delivery Senior Manager to join our team at Truist. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of ESG data solutions, working closely with business leaders and technology teams to understand IT processes and restrictions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with business leaders to understand IT processes and restrictions, ensuring that projects are delivered according to Enterprise Technology policies and procedures.
  2. Monitor progress of the team relative to established objectives and priorities, managing performance and providing coaching as needed.
  3. Work closely with senior leaders within Enterprise Technology and in the assigned line of business, aligning appropriate support teams to ensure performance.
  4. Organize, plan, and manage projects, partnering with others within technology and the business on the execution of delivery projects from conception through implementation.
  5. Adapt plans to meet service and/or operational challenges, identifying and resolving technical, operational, risk management, and organizational challenges.
  6. In an Agile environment, may serve as the "IT Leader".
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and ten years of experience managing complex IT projects or equivalent education and related training or experience. They will also have demonstrated experience in project management/delivery teams, ability to interpret internal and external business challenges, and knowledge of technology structures that incorporate variable staffing evolving platforms, cost and value arbitrage value propositions.

Preferred qualifications include experience driving the build-out and enablement pertaining to ESG initiatives, scope 1, 2, and 3 experience coordination and delivery of applicable reporting, and extensive experience with data-centric solutions for banking industry.

Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, frequently (25% - 50% of the time) sitting, and able to lift up to 25 lbs. They will also be able to access and interpret client information received from the computer and able to hear and speak with individuals in person and on the phone.
