Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ESG Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team at Vaco. As a key member of our Controllership organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for ESG regulatory compliance across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a global ESG regulatory compliance strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with ESG reporting requirements
  • Design and implement internal controls to ensure accuracy and completeness of ESG data
  • Monitor and stay up-to-date with evolving ESG regulatory landscape
  • Lead global collaboration efforts to ensure compliance with ESG reporting requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
  • 12 years of cumulative experience in a big four setting or a combination of big four and progressive industry experience
  • CPA preferred
  • Experience with ESG reporting standards and frameworks
  • Strong understanding of ESG issues and willingness to stay up-to-date with latest ESG guidelines and developments
