Benefits Administrator

Job Summary:
The Employee Benefits Administrator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the small group benefits programs. This position provides excellent customer service to clients through confidential, professional support and guidance – educating the client and employees about their insurance benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serves as primary contact and liaison for plan vendors, clients and their employees.
- Investigate and resolve billing and payroll deduction discrepancies.
- Coordinate daily benefits processing - enrollments, changes, terminations, COBRA, LOA invoicing and payments.
Requirements:
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products, including PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with associates.
- Effective planning and priority setting - ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously.
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience. As an experienced candidate, you will have the opportunity to grow with our company and take on new challenges.
