Role Overview:

This full-time, on-site position is for a General Manager of Operations at AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care in the Greater Chicago Area. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and handling financial responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee multi-store management and fixed operations.
  2. Implement effective sales coaching strategies.
  3. Ensure quality customer interactions and service delivery.

Required Qualifications:
