We are seeking a highly skilled Catastrophe - Outside Property Claim Representative to join our team at Travelers Indemnity Co. As a key member of our claims team, you will be responsible for handling first-party property claims of moderate severity and complexity.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and evaluate claims to determine coverage, damages, and liability.
- Conduct field inspections to assess damage and gather evidence.
- Develop and implement effective claim resolution strategies.
- Communicate with policyholders, agents, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of one year of outside property claim handling experience or successful completion of Travelers' Outside Claim Representative training program.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with policyholders and stakeholders.
