PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
  • Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.
  • Welcome patrons, respond to inquiries, and resolve any minor issues that may arise.
  • Ensure complete guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Manage inventory orders and assist in adhering to budgetary constraints.
  • Conduct daily training sessions and pre-shift meetings.
  • Maintain and organize all daily records and reports from buffet operations.
  • Adhere to all cash handling protocols; provide guidance, discipline, and coaching as necessary.
  • Demonstrate a friendly, helpful, and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues. Attend scheduled departmental meetings.
REASONING SKILLS Ability to apply common sense understanding to execute simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to manage standardized situations with minimal or no variations.

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES LACT License required.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Regular attendance in accordance with standards set by Bally's is essential for the successful performance of this position. Employees with inconsistent attendance will be subject to Bally's Attendance Policy. Due to the fluctuating nature of the hospitality and entertainment industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to meet the business needs of the property, including all shifts, weekends, and holidays.

SUPERVISORY ROLE This position does not include any supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to fulfill each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

MATH SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
