Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Yardi Training and Support Specialist to join our team at Fairstead. As a key member of our Property Management team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch training and support to our staff on the use of Yardi software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training to new and existing employees on the use of Yardi software, including instructor-led training, online webinars, and individual coaching sessions.
  • Onboarding and User Support: Develop and deliver Yardi onboarding training to newly hired employees and provide day-to-day user support to ensure seamless adoption of the software.
  • Training Development: Create online simulated training modules, user manuals, and learning journals to support employee development and knowledge retention.
  • Training Calendar and Scheduling: Develop and maintain a comprehensive training calendar, including pre-training surveys, post-training surveys, and achievement certificates.
  • Software Updates and Integration: Collaborate with IT and Yardi Support to ensure timely updates and integration of new software modules and features.
  • Training Database and Analytics: Maintain accurate records of training activities and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience in affordable housing, preferably with a focus on HUD and LIHTC programs.
  • Technical Skills: Proven experience with Yardi Voyager 7S and various Yardi modules, as well as strong technical skills and ability to learn new software systems.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to develop consensus among users and effectively communicate in both written and verbal formats.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex information and develop targeted solutions.
