Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Outpatient Clinical Therapist to join our team at Santa Fe Recovery Center. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide professional substance use disorder counseling to outpatient clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.
  • Collaborate with clients to set and achieve treatment goals, and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
  • Participate in regular supervision and training to ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community resources and referral agencies to ensure seamless client care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of program policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field, such as psychology, social work, or counseling.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or other relevant licensure.
  • At least two years of experience working with clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong knowledge of substance use disorder treatment principles and evidence-based practices.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with proficiency in English and Navajo.
  • Experience working in a non-profit or healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of community resources and referral agencies.
