Clinical Nurse Specialist

At Santa Fe Recovery Center, Inc, we are dedicated to supporting individuals facing challenges with substance use disorders. Our comprehensive care model encompasses various stages of recovery, including detoxification, residential treatment, and outpatient services.
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will operate under the guidance of the Detox Nurse Supervisor, ensuring the health and well-being of clients within our Detox and Residential Programs. Your role will involve delivering direct medical care and facilitating necessary referrals to physicians for further evaluation.
Collaboration is key in this position; you will be an integral part of our interdisciplinary team, working alongside other professionals to enhance client care and optimize program effectiveness. Upholding the integrity of our services, you will ensure adherence to medical policies and compliance with relevant State and Federal regulations.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, Night Shift: 7 PM to 7 AM

Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse License, required at the time of employment and maintained throughout tenure.
- Preferred: Minimum one year of experience working with clients experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
- Proficiency in computer systems is essential for compliance with licensing standards and client data management.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and maintain a clean driving record.
- Bi-lingual/Bi-cultural candidates (English/Navajo) are preferred.
