We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Outpatient Clinical Therapist to join our team at Santa Fe Recovery Center, Inc. in Gallup, NM. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide professional substance use disorder counseling to outpatient clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.
- Collaborate with clients to set and achieve treatment goals, and provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
- Participate in regular supervision and training to ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community resources and referral agencies to ensure seamless client care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of program policies and procedures.
- Master's degree in a related field, such as psychology, social work, or counseling.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or other relevant licensure.
- At least two years of experience working with clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Strong knowledge of substance use disorder treatment principles and evidence-based practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 regulations.
- A competitive salary range from $54,000 - $66,500 (BOE).
