COMPENSATION:

$1,925 /Weekly Gross

35 hours /Week

ROLE OF THE LICENSED SPEECH THERAPIST - SLP:

At CareerStaff Unlimited, we collaborate with organizations nationwide to enhance healthcare standards through quality care and personalized service. Responsibilities for this Licensed Speech Therapist position include, but are not limited to:

  1. Delivering Speech Therapy services in accordance with the established guidelines of each client or service provider.
  2. Conducting patient screenings as needed to assess the necessity for intervention or treatment.
  3. Evaluating patients to gather essential data for treatment planning and implementation, and effectively communicating findings to clients, patients, families, and team members.
  4. Coordinating patient schedules with other healthcare professionals.
  5. Creating treatment plans that outline both short-term and long-term goals, along with strategies to achieve them.
  6. Collaborating with patients, families, and team members to implement and execute treatment plans.
  7. Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment as necessary to meet established goals in accordance with physician directives.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE LICENSED SPEECH THERAPIST - SLP:

  1. Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  2. Certificate of Clinical Competency or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year
  3. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure
