Job Summary

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless delivery experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with customers to schedule and confirm delivery times
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and delivery activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of vehicles
