Role Overview:
The Program Manager is pivotal in steering projects from inception to completion, ensuring that both internal and external client expectations are met or surpassed. This role encompasses the management of budgets, timelines, team dynamics, and effective communication regarding project status.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the execution of intricate customer contracts, including those involving complex systems and government agreements.
2. Plan, direct, and coordinate financial and engineering efforts to meet financial and technical goals.
3. Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration within a matrix structure to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
4. Establish operational strategies and implement corrective measures to meet customer demands while achieving sales and profitability targets.
5. Monitor project progress from initiation through to delivery, maintaining communication with clients on technical issues.
6. Evaluate project status and risks, develop recovery strategies, and align with customer expectations and business objectives.
7. Assist in the preparation of new business proposals.
8. Collaborate with peers to exchange or present project-related information.
9. Consult with department leaders to assess the status of ongoing projects.
10. Engage regularly with senior management regarding various functional areas and customer interactions.
11. Supervise multiple programs, ensuring effective management of costs, methodologies, and personnel.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline with over 10 years of relevant Program Management experience.
- Master’s degree (MS/MBA) is preferred.
- PMI certification or equivalent is advantageous.

Work Schedule:
Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Compensation and Benefits:
Annual salary range of $120,000 - $130,000, complemented by annual bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package.
