About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our team at Jellyfish. As a key member of our client management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Articulate client goals and develop tailored marketing strategies to achieve them.
  • Support the client team in implementing defined client management expectations and best practices.
  • Nurture positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and third-party suppliers to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Develop and deliver client briefs and support the delivery of high-quality marketing solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with Jellyfish best practices and industry trends to continuously improve client service and delivery.
  • Manage client needs and coordinate across capabilities to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
  • Take ownership of client execution and serve as the main contact for key clients.
  • Manage budget and pacing documents to ensure accurate client spend and forecasting.
  • Achieve continuous improvement by assessing Jellyfish's working relationships, practices, and methods.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing account management.
  • Highly proficient in G-Suite products and project management tools.
  • 3+ years of experience with integrated paid media (social, digital, SEM, etc.).
  • Strong communication and engagement skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients.
  • Structured approach to work, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
  • Project management skills to ensure seamless standards of service and delivery.
