Job Overview

As a Senior Account Manager with Stealth Recruiting Services, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with clients in the Calgary Northeast Alberta region. Your ability to anticipate and meet client and business needs, coupled with your forward-thinking and innovative approach, will drive your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain productive, professional relationships with clients to achieve sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Focus on sales to End Users, Distribution Partners, Consulting Firms, and OEMs throughout Alberta.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including inside sales, support, and management, to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Proactively assess, clarify, and address customer needs continuously.
  • Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms of sale within authorized limits.
  • Client Meetings: Meet with new and existing clients to expand business relationships.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on current products, features, industry trends, and company standards.
  • Market Feedback: Provide market feedback to improve products and services.
Qualifications

Requirements for this role include:

  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in an Engineering discipline and/or 5 years of experience in a strategic sales environment is preferred.
  • Experience with electric motors and industrial sales is desirable.
  • A client-focused, motivated team player with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Excellent presentation skills for delivering information to clients.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs, including MS Dynamics CRM.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship.
