StaffMed Health Partners has partnered with a leading Anesthesia group to support their recruitment of additional CRNAs to join their team in New Mexico.

You will enjoy the autonomy of working independently alongside Anesthesiologists, practicing as a collaborative Anesthesiology team.

Key Benefits:

  • Aggressive compensation plan with total compensation ranging between $300k to $400k
  • $40k sign-on bonus
  • 7 weeks of paid time off
  • Independent contractor status

Practice Highlights and Qualifications:

  • Independent, full-scope practice
  • Team of 7 Anesthesiologists and 30 CRNAs
  • Excellent variety of cases with no trauma, open hearts, thoracic, or OB
  • CRNAs independently perform all pre-ops, anesthetics, PACU management, blocks, lines, etc.
  • Physicians are willing to mentor for blocks and lines

Nice Quality of Life with Diluted Call Pool:

  • Approximately 3 weekday calls per month
  • Approximately 1 weekend every 6 weeks (only 8 to 9 weekends per year)
  • Only 1 holiday per year

CRNAs do not respond to codes or airway emergencies in the ICU or ER.
