Job DescriptionWe are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Louisa Health & Rehabilitation Center. As a PTA, you will be responsible for assisting licensed physical therapists in providing patient care and treatment plans.
Responsibilities- Assist physical therapists with patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress assessments
- Conduct physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program
- State license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Virginia
- CPR/BLS certification
