Medical Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Care Specialist to join our team at Abode Care Partners. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing personalized medical care to seniors and patients with complex needs.
Responsibilities- Perform evidence-based medical assessments and treatments to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans that meet individual patient needs.
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed to inform treatment decisions.
- Provide referrals to other healthcare practitioners when necessary to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Active state Nurse Practitioner license.
- Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification.
- Active state DEA licensure.
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
- Five or more years of nursing experience; at least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management skills and proficiency in medical instruments and equipment are also essential.
