Job Description:

We are now hiring an RN for Home Visits in the Louisa, KY area. This is a PRN position that offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives.

About the Position:

As a Registered Nurse in Home and Community Based Services, you will provide and direct provisions of nursing and personal care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician or as authorized by the state/program. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized plans of care, manage patient eligibility and medical necessity, and ensure compliance with federal and state program requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides high-quality clinical services within the scope of practice and infection control standards
  • Ensures patient/client eligibility and medical necessity for services
  • Develops and revises individualized plans of care according to federal and/or state program requirements

Education and Experience:

Salary:$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
