Job Overview

At Maxim Healthcare Services, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Skilled Nursing Professional to join our team as a Homecare Registered Nurse. This is a full-time/part-time opportunity offering a competitive salary of approximately $$94,500 per year, depending on location and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care through the application of the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Utilize clinical judgment to make effective decisions in an efficient manner under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services.
  • Perform various responsibilities such as assessing signs and symptoms, collecting and analyzing data, documenting patient information, and revising the plan of care as needed.
Requirements
  • Holds current Registered Nurse (RN) credentials for the state in which they practice.
  • Maintains current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Possesses current BLS card.
  • Has at least one year of prior nurse experience preferred.
