We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Coordinator to join our team at Four Seasons. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our hotel rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure seamless guest experience
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality
- Inspect rooms to ensure compliance with hotel standards and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficient operations
- Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies
