  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients regarding the outcome of their loan applications.
  • Repayment Management: Monitor client repayments and take necessary actions to prevent default.
  • Database Management:
  • Reporting: Compile and maintain a database of defaulting clients and report them to relevant authorities as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a credit specialist or in a related field.
  • Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of governing regulations and bodies.
  • Skills: Strong research, statistical, and decision-making skills.
  • Negotiation: Ability to negotiate credit limits and repayment options.
  • Communication: Capacity to communicate effectively with clients, both in person and in writing.

Work Environment:

Creative Financial Staffing is a hybrid work environment, with up to 2 days of in-office work per week.

Compensation:

$56,000 - $59,500 annually.
