We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Analyst to join our team at Tree Top Staffing LLC. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and modifying annual and multi-year budgets for regional offices, as well as communicating with regional offices on budget assumptions and variances to actual results.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and analyze annual and multi-year budgets for regional offices, including assumptions and complete financials.
- Communicate with regional offices on budget assumptions and variances to actual results.
- Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts.
- Provide ad-hoc business performance reporting.
- Present monthly and quarterly financial reports to various units and departments.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance reporting.
- Responsible for annual audit process for all financial reporting and disclosures.
- Maintain corporate records in a logical and organized fashion.
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators, including revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures.
- Monitor key performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance, operational, and financial inefficiencies.
- Propose solutions to improve financial performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance; MBA highly preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in either consulting/advisory or large company corporate FP&A or sales/ops finance analyst roles.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Experience in multistate and multilocation is preferred.
- Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
- Strong working knowledge of finance/accounting concepts, including financial statement mechanics, debits/credits, net-working capital, and cash flows.
- Demonstrated ability to apply finance/accounting concepts using general business acumen to support analyses and decision-making.
- Ability to quickly learn and use Fieldgetics (ERP system).
- Extremely strong Excel skills, including advanced functions and ability to build financial/analytics models from scratch.
We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 to $86,700 per year, flexible work-from-home options, and a dynamic work environment.
