Credit Union Implementation Analyst

What does a great Implementation Analyst do at Fiserv?
A great Implementation Analyst at Fiserv plays a vital role in introducing credit unions to their new core system. They take pride in being part of a team that delivers exceptional results and fosters a positive first impression of the Fiserv core. Their ability to efficiently multitask and ensure seamless transitions is key to their success in this role.

What you will do:

Train the credit union on ATM/Debit and credit card software Educate the credit union on how to balance daily card transaction activity Provide support during the “go live” event to guarantee product functionality Assist clients in their initial balancing efforts

What You Will Need To Have:

Bachelor’s degree 3-5 or more years of experience in installing or running credit union systems with a focus on EFT products Proficiency in debit/ATM/credit processing for credit unions on one or more networks Familiarity with credit union core processing systems, particularly in EFT processing

What Would Be Great To Have:

Familiarity with the Galaxy core system Knowledge of project management practices Project Management Certification (preferred, but not required)
