Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our team at Just In Time Staffing LLC. As a Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for verifying raw materials received, maintaining inventory, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify raw materials received with corresponding bill of lading
  • Maintain raw materials inventory in the computer
  • Unload trucks and store inserts after inspection
  • Maintain and organize warehouse
  • Date all plastic materials received and observe F.I.F.O.
  • Mix and blend materials and concentrates as instructed
  • Verify insert inventory and packaging materials weekly
  • Remove inserts from stock and complete documentation
  • Notify Plant Manager or Purchasing Agent of low raw materials
  • Inspect incoming material for damage
  • Prepare material for production and return leftovers to warehouse

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or G.E.D.
  • Good arithmetic and communication skills
  • English proficiency
  • Ability to work as a team and get along with others
  • Basic PC skills
  • Illinois driver's license
  • Ability to operate a forklift

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to work overtime
  • Must be able to work in a warm atmosphere
  • Must be able to lift 80 lbs, with team lifts for heavier items
