Job Summary

The Human Resource Coordinator plays a vital role in facilitating the operation processes at all business locations. This position is responsible for administering employee training, performance evaluations, and other procedures, while serving as a liaison between employees, HR, and other company departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acts as a liaison between the company's departments.
  • Provides customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
  • Facilitates and implements new programs.
  • Develops and leads the onboarding process.
  • Conducts audits of company procedures and programs and recommends updated actions.
  • Assists with the preparation of the performance review process.
  • Responsible for updating and overall functions of the performance software.
  • Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the director of HR.
  • Provides clerical support to the HR department.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Punctuality and regular attendance.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Conducts or assists with new hire orientation.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift to fifteen (15) pounds at times.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and mindfulness to details.
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Ability to change focus frequently and often while being detailed oriented and well organized.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience
  • At least two years related experience required.
