Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medication Aide to join our team at Park Terrace Health Campus. As a Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by administering medications, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications to residents in accordance with their individual care plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication administration, including resident records and medication logs
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of medications, including counting and labeling medications
  • Provide exceptional care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities and responding to their needs and concerns
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services to residents
Requirements
  • Certified License for QMA (Qualified Medication Aide) or CMA (Certified Medication Aide)
  • Experience as a Medication Aide in a long-term care or home care setting
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
