Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Medication Aide to join our team at Trilogy Health Services - Travel. As a Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective administration of medications to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, administer, and document medications as prescribed by physicians.
  • Maintain accurate records of medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations.
  • Verify the identity of medications brought into the health campus by new residents.
  • Participate in daily nursing report and electronic documentation.
  • Assist residents with daily needs, including personal hygiene, dressing, lifting, and transporting.
  • Observe and report changes in residents' condition, making independent decisions when necessary.
Requirements
  • Active and in good-standing Nurse Aide certification.
  • Active and in good-standing Medication Aide certification (QMA, KMA MA-C).
  • Every other weekend and holiday work availability.
  • At least one year's experience as a Certified Medication Aide preferred.
  • At least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
