Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our Home Health team at LHC Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market share in the home health industry.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share, build strong relationships with referral sources, and educate patients and families about our services. You will also be responsible for managing sales administration duties, including expense entry, CRM management, and payroll time sheets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
  • Educate patients and families about our home health services and features
  • Manage sales administration duties, including expense entry, CRM management, and payroll time sheets
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director/Clinical Director to drive a vision of growth and focus on the needs and expectations of the referral community and patients
Requirements
  • Formal Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Two to three years of prior successful Home Health or Hospice sales experience preferred
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills required
  • Strong computer skills to meet Microsoft Outlook and CRM software requirements
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated
