Job Title: Application Support Analyst

An Application Support Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our applications and systems. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and manage a team of technical support specialists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the technical support team, providing guidance and direction to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users of our applications and systems, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, technical notes, and other supporting materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new applications and systems.
  • Identify and prioritize technical issues, working with the technical support team to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, ensuring that technical support processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide input and recommendations on technical requirements and specifications for new applications and systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve technical support processes and services.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role, with a strong background in applications support and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Experience with real-time monitoring systems and implementations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of database management and tools, with the ability to form and decipher complex RDBMS queries.
  • Experience with web applications and development tools and technologies.
