Job Overview

The World Equestrian Center Wilmington is seeking a dedicated Part-time Sales Associate to enhance our retail environment. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

The Sales Associate plays a vital role in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, assisting customers, managing inventory, and supporting the store supervisor. Responsibilities include processing custom embroidery requests and aiding in inventory management. You will also handle transactions through our point-of-sale system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit a friendly and positive demeanor while engaging with customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail space on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate with the supervisor to foster a positive work environment.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
  • Manage customer orders efficiently and ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained throughout the store.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of problem-solving.
  • Professional appearance is required.
